Knowing how unpredictable the sports world and coaching world are I would push to have something in there about the University being responsible for selling my house and helping me move, even if it meant a little lower buyout. Don't want to be like Lane Kiffin and have 3 houses you are trying to sell at one time.
Moving and relocating is a pain.
Also, strippers and cocaine paid for by the University for a conference championship but that might be pushing it a bit.
