OT: Just got a new smoker...

Offset charcoal and wood, being delivered tomorrow. Plan is to rub down the inside with corn oil and burn a bunch of oak, hickory, and pecan a couple of times to season. Then a pork shoulder and some bacon probably this weekend. Any other recommendations out there? I've never owned a wood smoker before, so learning the ropes with this one is something I'm looking forward to.
