I gotta say the explosion in food trucks and food truck parks has been my favorite development in Knoxville since the Urban Wilderness and all it has done to transform my side of the river.
Anyone else indulge? If so whats your favorite?
There was a pudding truck that became The Spaghetti Spot once the weather started to turn. If I had to choose a last meal of just one thing itd be a good spaghetti. They still sell pudding as their dessert and the Reeses Peanut Buttercup pudding is so good. They are gonna be in Seymour this afternoon and I plan on stopping by after hitting up the flea market in South Knox for some Christmas gifts.
