... my son is playing in the Knoxville Junior Challenge Golf Tournament at River Islands Golf Club next weekend. I have a family member who, for health reasons, has a VERY strict gluten-free diet. As much as I would love to go to Calhouns every night while there, it is not in the cards. Any suggestions on "clean food" restaurants in Knoxville? Any advice is appreciated - thank you.
