OT: Lawn Grass question ???

What would be a good grass seed to put out right now on a baseball field outfield for 5-6 year olds? Season starts in March. What about Feetilizer, weed n feed, seed? And I know it should have been done in the fall but someone forgot. Thanks Go Vols
