1 . Are the log cabins decent homes compared to traditional style homes? I've stayed in rentals that were rough -- but could simply be hard-lived rental not indicative of log cabin quality

3 . How has the market been for the homes - I see many listed that are listed at prices at or below initial selling prices 10-16 years ago
4 . Given these are built on strange lots commonly, do the cabins run into footing/ support problems often? Any other mx to be aware of?
