OT: Looking for some private training for son.

We live in Springfield Missouri.

My son is 12yrs old. 5'9" 215lbs. He has played 6 years of Mitey Mites football.

At his age is it worth the time and money for private sessions?

Does anyone know someone in this area that is available?

Do you know of any camps just for linemen in this area?
(willing to drive a couple of hours if need be.)
