The latest addition to the best sci-fi fantasy RPG series of all-time arrived 3/21, and it's solid. I'm playing it right now, and loving it. There are many things to criticize, as will be the case in every sequel to a major franchise that shattered expectations and paved the way for more expansive games, whether graphics, gameplay, cinematography, or story-wise. But I'm truly enjoying a new space opera that's so immersive.
Admittedly, I think about this game during the day at work, and that is the hallmark of a solid game.
Just posting to see if any fellow GQers are playing it right now. If you haven't heard of Mass Effect or ever played the original trilogy, then you are just as lucky as someone who has never seen an episode of GoT. They're that good. I haven't finished Andromeda yet, but I hope that this reboot can rise to that level. We'll see.
