This is a really good read for those trying to lose weight. It’s a little over my head so maybe some experts can chime in. It basically talks about your body adapting to sudden changes in calories and exercise and how to limit yourself on getting “stuck” with progression. Everyone adapts at different speeds but the slower your body adapts, the more success you will have reaching your goals.
