Looking for advice....Tonight I had movers come (90 minuts after their 2-4 window). They were finishing up and drop a patio table shattering the stone inserts. I told them no problem their insurance should cover it. He then brings me all the forms to fill out where I can select either basic free insurance (.60 per pound reimbursement or full coverage). The owner tells the mover I can only select the basic insurance since they didn't provide the paperwork to sign before they started moving my stuff. Is that even legal since I haven't signed any of the paperwork?
