There are currently 3/4 nearly PERFECT crime films available to stream. I’m sure there are plenty of other great films on there, but here’s what I’ve got. And in no particular order
1/2 - The obvious. Godfather/Godfather 2. These films are almost perfect as everyone knows. They age like fine wine
3 - LA Confidential. Almost perfection beginning to end. Russell Crowe’s best (better than Maximus). Seems to get overshadowed by Fargo in terms of those type flicks in same era
4 - Heat. The best heist/bank robbery scenes in a movie. Hands down. The movie is a little long, but the final scene at airport makes it worth it
5 - Goodfellas. Scorsese’s best. The soundtrack is absolutely on point with every single scene. Competes with The Godfathers
