OT: Moving to Nashville

Moving to Nashville from out of state. Looking to live close to downtown where I'll be working and want to buy. I've heard good things about Sylvan Park, the Nations, 12 South, and Crieve Hall. Don't know much about the areas so would love to hear more on what the local residents have to say. It'll be a family of three moving (child is pre-elementary). Thanks
