My wife and I are closing on a new (to us) Nashville home (Bellevue) next Friday. We need to find some reputable trades:
Electrician - move a ceiling fixture approx. 2 feet on same joist. Possibly move/reconfigure wall outlet.
Plumber - numerous small items like faucet replacement, rigid foam in wall for loose shower pipe, replace seals in 2 toilets, stabilize an an outdoor faucet, etc.
Builtins - for component stereo system including 2 door base cabinet and 5 shelves sbove.
Sheetrock repair/painting.
The electrician and plumber must be licensed. Please advise if you are know any that may help.
