Long story short, Ive got a buddy whose employer got a letter saying he has to pay child support to an ex wife that left him on a kid he never knew about. He married a girl in OK who left him when he came back to TN to see his mom after she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and eventually died. He tried contacting her, but she just disappeared. Employer got the letter today and the kid is supposedly 3.5 yrs old. What's the best way to find her/contact her?
