This program has some momentum. Obviously, some of that may be blunted with the murderer's row pair of games ahead, but the trajectory of the program is on the right track.
It's a pity that the lid wasn't blown off the lid with a win tonight [as per the apropos description by @Rob Lewis], but even absent a "statement" win, this team and staff are doing a whole lot with relatively little. One has to think that recruits are taking notice, and being told that if they were only plugged in rather than the MASH unit that we're fielding - which still is putting up one heck of a fight - the outcome would be different.
Looking forward to seeing the interviews/write-ups about the experience the recruits had tonight... and hopeful to see some dominoes starting to fall into place. Given how this staff is showing it can develop players and scheme pretty dang well, I'd be a little surprised if some targets didn't pull the trigger sooner rather than later.
