OT: Pokemon for an Ol' Fart

My 8 year old granddaughter convinced me to start playing Pokemon. Last time I got near a video game was Pong, so needless to say, I've got no fuc*** idea what I'm doing, but I started 5 days ago and she says I'm on Level 7, and I'm doing well. Thought some of you "seniors" out there might empathize.
