OT- Question for any car salesmen on the board

I want to buy my nephew a used SUV for Christmas and my question is this. Can I pay for the car at the dealership and have it titled directly to him? If not can I just get a bill of sale and we handle the title work? I am looking for a small/mid sized SUV with under 130k miles for under $6500 if anyone has something close to Hendersonville or Cookeville. Thanks in advance.
