How difficult is it to pass the test for affiliate broker license? I've been a licensed mortgage broker for 10 years and I have invested in real estate for 17 years. I decided to get my license to sell my own properties and find deals easier. So far the online course seems boring as heck and 95% of the material is just reading laws word for word. I passed my mortgage license with a 94 10 years ago and had a 3.75 GPA in college. I know all about deed types, mortgages, trusts, property types, finance math, etc. Here's my real question:
Am I wasting my time reading all this online course word for word? Am I likely to pass after just briefly looking at this while the clock ticks? 6 hours down right now and I'm bored to death.
