We are in the process of buying a house in Nashville to close next month. The seller provided paperwork from work they have done on the house in last 5 years (replacing hvac, rewiring electrical etc.).
Three of the documents are Radon testing in the house from the last year with readings between 3.5pCi/L and 4.2pCi/L.
We are having our home inspection done later this week and they are testing the levels but has anyone dealt with Radon remediation before and could provide insight into the reading/cost of remediation etc.
