I’ve got about 5 slabs of concrete in the grass, about 5 inches down tby the top of them, in my backyard. It’s obvious they are from an old fence line from before we owned our house.

Anyone dealt with this before? Is the best way to just dig down to remove them, or is there a better way?

Also (and I can’t believe I’m asking this, but I’ve never had to fill a hole in the middle of my yard) where do I get more dirt to fill in the holes before seeding them?

TIA
