Going to be cooking up some nice Ribeyes tonight and I'm feeling like some good sautéed mushrooms to have along with them. The problem is that I really don't like the recipe my wife swears by which includes teriyaki which I think just takes away from the beautiful steaks I make. I have browsed some recipes online but thought I would get the GQ's thoughts
