I currently use a Weber Smoky Mountain 22.5 inch but am wanting to upgrade to something bigger...I've looked at Lang, Traeger, etc but can't really decide. I want something that can do 5-6 butts, 3-4 briskets, 10-12 racks of ribs in terms of capacity and would like to stay under $1,500....anybody know any custom pit builders here local that can help a man out?
