My daughter works in a hospital primarily involved with elective surgeries. Of course, these have all been cancelled. Her hours are significantly reduced where she is only scheduled for about 20 hours per week. She is involved in a few emergency surgeries and helps checking visitors and employees into the hospital. My question involves whether she is eligible for some of these enhanced unemployment benefits for reduced hours? I am trying to find info and she is checking with her employer and unemployment office but neither have been much help so far. Any expert opinions would be appreciated.
