I'm a big Folks Folly guy and scoff at idea of going to chain restaurants for a good steak. However, that coffee cured filet is something that I have went back for 4 weekends in a row. Just a heads up. For those who are skeptical it doesn't taste like a cup of coffee. Just give it a try.
