Sorry to post this on a sports forum but I know we have a lot of exercise and nutrition gurus on here. My son is almost 14 and plays baseball (catcher). He will be starting high school in August and is looking to add some muscle. We have been going to the gym and he has been doing some weights and cardio but nothing too serious. I know we need to get a little more serious about that. What is a good supplement that he can start taking that will help him add strength but that is safe for him? Also, I know lots of lean protein is essential for building muscle. Any other nutrition advice? Thanks in advance!
