OT- Tractor Advice

Looking to get a compact tractor to use around the farm and house. Been reading about Kubota L3901 and John Deere 3039R. Don’t need anything large but looking for something that can grade driveway, help clear out woods, do some FEL work, and cut 10-15 acres. Also open to New Holland and Kioti but leaning towards Kubota for value and reputation with the compact tractors. Plus they are orange Appreciate any advice.
