Anybody else still waiting over a month? My wife filed one month ago today, and has certified 4 Times now. Each week on the claim status says “in progress” and shows the payment amount of $275, but none of them have paid out yet. In another section summarizing the claim, under “unresolved issues” it says yes. Also under
Payment status it says there are active issues. I have emailed for three weeks about this with no response and there is no way to get through on the phone. Anyone else having issues? Should we expect to eventually get paid?
