Nashville/Brentwood-based business, Southern Polished, owned by brothers Trent and Heath Potter, make handcrafted sandals and flip-flops. The Potter Brothers, who live in Brentwood, are UT alumni (early 2000's), members of Kappa Sigma fraternity, and also my cousins.

They began, about 3 years ago, with a pick-up/delivery shoeshine and repair business. In 2014, they bought Brentwood Shoe & Luggage Repair, after the owner retired.

In 2015, they started making high-quality men's and women's flip-flops, as well as women's sandals. The flip-flops come in several colors, including orange (shown below), and are $75. The women's line of strappy-type sandals come in several different styles and colors, and prices vary.

I figured this would be of interest to some on the GQ, because they're made in Tennessee by fellow Vols.

Edit: They actually have two new styles, both with leather. They just finished them, and haven't had time to photograph them and get them on the site, but they'll be on there, this weekend.

One is an all-leather, with leather bottoms, priced at $105. The other is leather straps, with rubber soles, priced at $80.
