I saw the other lifting topic and it got me thinking that some of my fellow vols can maybe help me out... I'm in the process of starting a new lifting program and can't decide on what to go with. Im a teacher and coach and will likely go in mornings so that my wife can do elliptical and train in afternoons after work.
I have lost nearly 85 pounds.. originally near 120... but have put 35 or so back on. I did insanity and lost a ton of weight as well as a ton of muscle. I did StrongLifts for a while, got stronger, but the squatting 4 days a week really messed with my knees.
Im looking for a new program that will allow me to still lose some weight partnered with cardio and about a 750 calorie a day deficit. Anyone have any suggestions? I loved being able to track progress on StrongLifts app...
