I’ll go with ravioli in just about any form. For example, for most lobster ravioli, the lobster is so sparse it’s difficult to distinguish between the lobster and the pasta. So to pay $30 for a plate of what is essentially some pasta and sauce is absurd. But I’ve done it…more than once.

Now that I think about, Italian restaurants must have some incredible margins, especially since they’re big for wine connoisseurs.
