Ot: wife has a conference in Vegas second week of July

I will be tagging along... however, during the day, she will attending her conference and I will be looking for things to do. I'm not a big gambler but play golf etc. What courses would you recommend I play? Also, anything else that I shouldn't miss doing while out there? I haven't been in at least 10 years.
