I'm a little too young to have watched him in his prime but I follow baseball and the history a ton.
Always remembered him doing the Sunday Night Baseball when I was first getting into MLB.
Some of these well known athletes/celebs passing away this year are coming out of nowhere. He wasn't young, but seems much more frequent this year (maybe just bc that's the way 2020 has seemed to be going).
Sad to see.
