Our best player is our PG who plays best space. Can anyone dispute that?

Yet our predominant lineup is one that employs 2 bigs who are 6'10 or bigger and can't shoot outside 5 feet half the time. When ORN is in the game he can stretch it a little but otherwise we just clog up the middle.

We all know that the lifeblood of the program is recruiting. You recruit the best players. So when you recruit these great players, you build the program around these guys. Yet we play the same system that we primarily played when Grant and Admiral were here. Our shooting philosophy is different in that we shoot 3s or layups. But we run the same action and same personnel that we ran with Grant and Admiral, despite having a completely different set of skills at these positions.

Also, looking at this season objectively we may be looking at about an 8 or 9 seed. Why? Well, we lost Keon and Springer from last season. What did we add? Essentially KC with a little ZZ. ORN is better. But the additions of Powell and BHH don't really register. So where do we get the improvement?

Poor philosophy with similar talent and that's about what we're looking at.
