My rant for the day. Let me stress that if this is the worst thing I have to deal with then I am blessed beyond measure. Still frustrating though. Cookeville sits right in between two of the most popular lakes in the US (Chick and Dale Hollow) and has countless other amazing lakes in the immediate area. However, it has become almost impossible to find a marine dealer that provides quality service for outboard repairs and maintenance. There is only one shop around Cookeville that comes close to meeting the needs of outboard owners, but they are so rude that most people won't deal with them. This is my wish list. Let me know if you use a shop that can offer these services.

1. Schedule a set time for me to bring my boat in. (Maybe a little bit of preferential treatment if I bought the 22K motor from you and it is still under warranty)
2. Give me a set timeline on when my motor will be fixed. (If it is going to take longer then pick up the phone and call me and let me know. Don't make me have to seek you out. I'm the one paying you $100/hour.)
3. Don't just put a "bandaid" on the motor and tell me it's fixed just to let me drive to the lake and find out that it is still doing the same thing. Keep the boat there until it is 100% fixed. Have a tech take it to the lake and run it to make sure it is fixed.
