Overlooked Aspect of Hiring Assistant Coaches

We can for the most part assume we are going to hire minimum 3 probably 4 new assistant coaches.

Are we going to offer these assistant coaches multi year deals? Unfortunately the good ones will require that.

If we suck next year and fire Butch not only do we have to pay Butchs buyout, we will owe these new assistants money as well.

What a mess this could become.
