Coming from him but is Well known... i cant help but wander if CJP and co. Have had this same issue of not being able to balance the grind of recruiting and game planning during season esp. a season unlike any other in this one.... im sure that finding that balance comes with time and you got a lot of people on staff to help with it but just a thought
