Paul/Brent - Why a 2016 RB?

Sorry if already asked and answered, but why are they going after a 2016 RB?

Do you agree that its highly unlikely anyone that is brought in would contribute this year even if there were injuries?

Why didn't they just take that Moss kid in February?

Seems like a really odd move. Just wondering whats behind it.
