PBAR, just how bad was the pre-season S&C situation for Team 120?

Obviously, all it would take is a look at the Appy State game to open the season to tell that things weren't quite right. The number of injuries had to at least have been indirectly influenced by some short-comings in the preseason strength program. I do recall the comments from you guys about Jalen's proverbially being in a green jersey.

Did you guys have any inklings in advance about how bad it was to lose Lawson and simply insert an inexperienced guy for that role?
