It's called motivation for the team,coaches and support personnel on this team. I've heard a lot worse over here by far. Butch is trying to rally the team after a tumultuous week. It's not that big of a deal In the bigger picture. People want to find anything wrong and harp on it. We are 6-3 with horrible injuries and 2 5 stars who quit midseason. We are holding together remarkably well minus last week.
