compensation more than Butch's football contract, it is interesting that
many schools on this list place a priority on keeping the best coach for
their programs and are willing to compensation accordingly. We should pursue a proven winner like, Marshall, Miller, etc. and adjust Butch's contract accordingly to improve the overall sports program.
Hire a search firm - give them the upper limit and charge them to get it done by 4-15. I hope that TN hires a proven winner that will be a long term hire and bring stability to the program and respect.
