Phil may just be the right man at the right time!

He knows the University and the fanbase better than anyone else could begin to and while I too am afraid he may revert back to the "good ole boys club" I really feel that Phil may have grown and learned from his experience of having been fired leading to a greater understanding of expectations altering results.

If its Phil I am behind him 100%
