let her know he will not renew her contract but give her the chance to step down and become the recuiting coorniator. She is somewhat good at that. Go after a strong coach. Maybe a male type. Get some great recuitors and assistant coaches. Open up the pocket book. Do not fire her. Give her the chance to resign or steps down.
