Chip Kelly says the Eagles have already been offered a first-round pick for Sam Bradford.
Kelly said so twice at Wednesday's press conference justifying the team's trade for the No. 1 overall pick of the 2010 draft. There's no real reason not to take him at face value, but perhaps Kelly is already trying to drum up a trade market. Kelly also lavished praise on Bradford, and hinted he'd be the team's Week 1 starter. The Eagles' quarterback situation could get more confusing before it gets clearer.
