I find myself more than anything very disappointed in this staff developing players. We have had a good bit of high quality players in the recent years that "didn't live up to expectations" or were "busts". At some point when it continues to consistently recur year in and year out I have to think it's our coaches and lack of development of our players. I want coaches that can recruit but even more important than that I hope when we make adjustments we can get some coaches that have proven they can develop and get max potential out of their players
