CBJ has preached this from day 1. However, it might have backfired in a way he didn't expect. I believe you need players as leaders on your team, but you can't let the inmates run the asylum so to speak. You need your coaches to be leaders as well and carry a level of respect that the players know when its time to go. You can't rely on your player staff to get you fired up every game, it needs to come from the coaching staff as well. Its going to be interesting to see what the vibe is in the program come the Kentucky game.
