Right now this is how I see the playoffs:
1 - Clemson (I don't see anyone on their schedule beating them. FSU's defense is awful)
2 - Ohio state/Michigan winner
3 - Pac 12 champ - Washington?
4 - SEC champ (Bama/UT/aTm)
Big 12 sucks and won't get in.
