As a follow up to the NIL/Title IX question by @Imavolfan what is to keep a donor from establishing a sport at UT that isn’t currently on campus? For example, could someone establish a men’s soccer or volleyball team or women’s gymnastics team if the players aren’t on scholarship?
I may be misunderstanding, but Title IX relates to equal number of scholarships right and not equal number of sports?
