Possible Silent Commits?

In the article about TID by @Eric_Cain, he states, “The Vols are currently top in the SEC and leading the nation with 23 known commits.”

This suggests to me there are 1 or more silent commitments out there. With the flood of FC’s to Wolfe lately, you have to think he is one. Wonder if there are more and who they might be.
