The Vols are selling this big time on the recruiting trail to instate prospects. Someone dumb it down for me - I understand networking/relationship building, but how much does it differ for blue chip prospects to spurn the instate school and go elsewhere to play ball? We have seen a ton of examples over the years, what is the difference 10-20 years down the road after playing career is over? Is it more job opportunities, status in the community, etc?
