Question about Martinez Visit

I'm not a recruiting guru so there very well could be rules against this, but why is Butch and Scott not in California this weekend? It seems like aside from possibly Emerson this is our most important recruit left given how we've done an incredible job of evaluating qb's early but a terrible job of recruiting them. Seems like a great weekend in Cali would have more importance than Scott seeing a 4-star wr in SFL and Butch seeing a linebacker in middle tennessee (or wherever they are). And I would have a hard time seeing him not commit if UT showed enough love to send a HC, OC and QB coach. TIA.
